1. No Return / No Exchange Policy
All products sold through Senkesh are strictly covered under a No Return and No Exchange Policy.
Once an order is placed, confirmed, shipped, delivered, or accepted by the customer, no return, replacement, refund, or exchange request shall be entertained except under circumstances solely determined and approved by Senkesh after internal review.
2. Manufacturing Defect Claims
If a customer believes that a product has a genuine manufacturing defect , the customer must comply with the following mandatory conditions:

parcel receipt,
package opening,
unpacking process,
and first product display/check.
Clear photographs showing:
outer parcel condition,
shipping label,
packaging,
and alleged defect.
All evidence must be emailed to: customercare@senkesh.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Failure to provide complete and valid evidence may result in rejection of the claim without further review.
3. Company Review & Resolution Rights
Upon receipt of the claim and supporting evidence:
Senkesh reserves the sole and absolute right to inspect, verify, approve, reject, or deny any claim.
Submission of a complaint does not guarantee refund, replacement, repair, exchange, or compensation.
If Senkesh determines, at its sole discretion, that the issue is a verified manufacturing defect, the company may choose an appropriate remedy, including:
repair,
replacement,
store credit,
partial compensation,
or any other remedy deemed suitable by the company.
The decision made by Senkesh shall be final and binding.
4. Electronic Products Policy
All electronic products, accessories, gadgets, or electrical items sold by Senkesh are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered and accepted by the customer.
Customers are advised to carefully review product specifications before placing orders.
5. Damaged Parcel During Delivery
Customers must not accept delivery if:
the parcel appears tampered,
damaged,
opened,
leaking,
crushed,
or improperly sealed.
Acceptance of a damaged parcel shall be considered as confirmation that the parcel was received in acceptable condition. Senkesh shall not be held responsible for damages reported after acceptance of visibly damaged shipments.

or failure to follow usage instructions.
Such cases shall not qualify for any remedy.

Actual product color, texture, finish, size, or appearance may vary slightly from images displayed on the website due to:

production batches,

or manufacturing tolerances.
Such minor variations shall not be treated as defects and shall not qualify for return, refund, or exchange.

Senkesh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from product purchase or usage.
The maximum liability of Senkesh, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the actual purchase amount paid by the customer for the specific product.
Senkesh shall not be liable for delays caused by logistics providers, natural events, force majeure events, governmental actions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Any claims, disputes, refund requests, or exchange requests relating to orders placed through third-party marketplaces must initially be raised through the respective marketplace support channels as per their applicable procedures.
Where applicable, Senkesh may provide reasonable assistance during verification of genuine manufacturing defects; however, the final resolution process may remain subject to the policies and operational procedures of the respective marketplace platform.
